Our Policies

• To guarantee your reservation, we require a credit card number. If you do not have one, a deposit can be done to secure your reservation. In the case where the reservation is not guaranteed, your room will be kept until 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. After this period, it will be available to others again.
• In case of cancellation, for leisure and holiday clientele, the deadline is 48 hours before arrival. Where necessary, no charge applies. Beyond the periods mentioned above, the first night will be charged.
• During your stay, you must notify us before noon for any change of your stay to avoid penalties.
• Rooms are available from 3 p.m. during the summer season and from 2 p.m. the rest of the year.
• Checkout is scheduled for 12 p.m.
• Methods of payment accepted are : cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. It should be noted that a security deposit is to be expected. It is given back to you at the end of your stay.
• The Hotel Granbyen is a non-smoking establishment. In case of noncompliance with this policy, the management reserves the right to charge a penalty to the customer’s account that may be charged to his/ her credit card.
• The tenant is responsible for losses and damage to premises, rooms, common areas and their content. Management reserves the right to charge to the customer’s account the amount equivalent to the loss and damage, and may be charged to his/ her credit card.
• Pets are allowed in the hotel at an additional cost.
• Local calls and toll free numbers are free from the phone in your room.
• Access to wireless high speed Internet is available in all rooms, at no charge.
